Tier 1: The Legals & Leg It

The Vibe: No fuss, no fluff—just the paperwork and a proper celebration-skip the aisles and the music, its just you, your two witnesses, and me

• The Pitch: Perfect for couples who want to skip the big crowd, the long speeches, and the pre-wedding jitters. We’ll meet up, tick all the legal boxes required by the Attorney-General, sign the register, and get you officially hitched. It’s quick, stress-free, and designed to get you straight to the pub (or the airport) as newlyweds.
• What you get: A small Ceremony with the mandatory legal wording (~125 words), signing of the certificates, and registration with BDM.
• Standard Inclusions:
  • Preparation, witnessing, and official lodging of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).
  • A Ceremony with the minimum required words spoken by the celebrant (The Monitum) and the standard legal vows with the signing of the certificates.
  • Maximum guest cap of 4 to 6 people (including your 2 required adult witnesses).
  • Typically conducted at my office in Leichhardt, or for a small fee a location of your choice - cafe, or a public park within a very strict 15km travel radius.
  • Strict time limit of 10 to 15 minutes max.
  • All legal documents prepared and registered with the Registry of Births Deaths Marriages of the State or Territory the marriage was solemnised in -within 14 days of the ceremony
  • Application made (if Required) for your Official Certificate of Marriage from Births Deaths and Marriages. (BDM fee as at 1July 2026 is $58.10 + PH

Tier 2: The Fair Dinkum Marriage (Most Popular)

The Vibe: 100% genuine for those traditional couples, deeply personal, and a bloody good laugh.

• The Pitch: This is for couples who want a real, heartfelt traditional feel ceremony without the boring, stuffy bits. I’ll dive into your unique love story to craft a custom script that is "true blue" to who you are. We’ll make your guests laugh, maybe shed a tear, and celebrate your commitment in a way that feels totally authentic to you.
• What you get: This is Short N Sweet - For couples who want a beautiful, professional, and heartfelt Ceremony with a few personal touches added in.
• Standard Inclusions:
  • Initial meeting to complete, sign and lodge your NOIM
  • Custom-Crafted Script, containing your personalised unique love story and Journey that bought you both here today.
  • A structured, template-built ceremony document to help you choose the pre-written components - (readings, placement, poems, rituals and ring exchange options).
  • Complimentary signing pens each.
  • Lace covered signing table for Certificates 
  • Limited SMS and e-mail correspondence.
  • 30 of ya Mates.
  • A Battery-powered PA system with wireless microphones and music access via Bluetooth.
  • Travel within 40km radius of my Leichhardt office is included In this Package.
  • On-the-Day arrival 45 - 60 minutes prior to to start time.
  • Welcome sign at front of venue for family and friends arrival
  • Ceremony running time of 20 to 30 minutes.
  • All legal documents prepared and registered with the Registry of Births Deaths Marriages of the State or Territory the marriage was solemnised in -within 14 days of the ceremony

Tier 3: The Whole Shebang

The Vibe: The ultimate package, For couples who want a premium absolutely flawless wedding experience with top-tier coordination, and absolutely no details spared.

• The Pitch: If you want your wedding day to be an absolute "corker" with zero stress, this is the one. We leave absolutely nothing to chance. I’ll manage the flow from start to finish. You just turn up, look gorgeous, and let me handle the rest.
• What you get: A structured ceremony with an entirely custom-written script from scratch, a tailor-made love story told your way, unlimited script revisions, hands-on vow coaching, and a formal on-site rehearsal.
• Standard Inclusions:
  • Initial meeting to complete, sign and lodge your NOIM.
  • An Additional meeting if required 
  • A completely unique, custom-written script based on an in-depth interview or relationship questionnaire.
  • An awesome pdf document filled with samples and suggestions for your ceremony script 
  • Unlimited script editing re-rights and total creative control over the narrative flow.
  • Hands-on vow coaching, proofreading, and professional printing of your vows onto cards for you both to keep.
  • A printed copy of your ceremony script.
  • A Singing table with lace and silk tablecloths to use on the day.
  • Complimentary signing pens each.
  • A formal on-site weekday wedding rehearsal at the venue (usually a few days prior to the wedding).
  • Full choreography of the bridal party positioning, entrance pacing, and camera angle coordination with your photographer.

  • Extended travel radius of 50km from my Leichhardt Office is included in this Ceremony Package.

The Little Aussie Welcome

Children are a gift from the LORD, they are a reward from Him

The Vibe: Completely relaxed, family-focused, and full of good times..

The Pitch: Welcoming a new little ankle-bitter to the crew? Let’s skip the stuffy, traditional formalities and give them a proper, warm welcome to the family.

This ceremony is all about officially introducing your little one, locking in your chosen life guardians (the modern, non-religious version of godparents), and making a few promises to raise them with a good sense of humour and a kind heart. It’s relaxed, family-friendly, and kept short enough that the kids won’t lose their minds before it’s time to cut the cake.

What’s Included:

• An initial face to face meeting at my office to get all the details Of the little tike.
• A sweet, personalised ceremony tailored to your family’s dynamic.
• Formal recognition of Life Guardians/Mentors or godparents (if preferred).
• A written meaning of the child’s name, (if required or wanted).
• A keepsake naming certificate for the baby book.
• A stress-free host who knows exactly how to handle toddler tantrums mid-ceremony as we have currently 5 grandkids ourselves:).
• Use of my PA system with music connectivity via Bluetooth.

The "Still Dinkum" Vow Renewal

Because saying "I still do" is even better the second time around.

The Vibe: Nostalgic, full of laughs, and celebrating the fact that you haven't sickened each other yet.

The Pitch: Who says you only celebrate once? Whether it’s been 5, 20, or 50 years, you’ve survived the grocery runs, the snoring, and everything life has thrown at you—and you’d still choose each other all over again.

This ceremony is a proper, lighthearted celebration of your history together. No legal paperwork this time—just a bloody good reminder of why you tied the knot in the first place, surrounded by the people who’ve cheered you on along the way. Let's raise a glass to the years behind you and the adventures still to come!

What’s Included:

• An initial face to face meeting at my office to get all the details Needed.
• Much the same as The FairDinkum Marriage (without the Legal paperwork)
• A fully custom-written script detailing your beautiful rollercoaster ride so far.
• A re-dedication of your original or brand-new promises to each other.
• A ring exchange and/or special toast to re seal the dedication.
• Use of my professional PA system at the venue with music access via Bluetooth.
• A beautiful commemorative certificate (to prove you did it twice!)

Keep’n It Fair & Reasonable

• Mid-Week Savings: The prices listed on all Cerremonies reflect bookings from Monday to Thursday.
• Weekend & Peak Day Scheduling: 
  • Friday & Sunday Bookings: +$100
  • Saturday Bookings: +$150
  • Mid-Range Public Holidays: +$250 (e.g., King's Birthday, Easter Monday, Show Day)
  • Major Public Holidays: +$450 (e.g., Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Good Friday, Easter Sunday)
• Travel & Parking:
  • Standard Travel Zone: Included – Complimentary for all venues within 40km of Ipswich | 50km for “The Whole Shebang” Ceremony.
  • I love a road trip! A Travel fee of $1.50 per kilometre For venues outside this radius (including parts of the Scenic Rim, Brisbane metro, and Somerset regions), will apply for the total return journey beyond the above Kilometre buffer. so I can bring the party to you’ to cover travel time, fuel, and/or tolls.
  • City Venue Parking: At Cost – For inner-city venues or hotels where free parking isn't available, the venue's parking fee will be added to the final invoice.
• Rehearsals
  • Where a rehearsal is included in the chosen package, it must be scheduled on a weekday (Monday to Thursday evening), subject to mutual availability.
  • Monday to Thursday Rehearsals: +$100
  • Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Rehearsals: +$150 
• Rituals, Favours & Extra Bits
  • "Love a good ritual? | Whether you want a custom sand blending, a unity candle lighting, or specific keepsakes and favours for your guests, I am completely down to host it! Just a heads-up that the cost and supply of any props, ingredients, or physical items for these elements are up to you the couple to source and bring along on the day."
